I just found out that the Sutter homes Build a better burger challenge will open in April! My heart is pumping! I am excited and ready to to get to work! This burger challenge is so very important to me. As a chef, I love to create and transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
This will be a challenge indeed. Do I go for classic but elevated? Or do I go completely off course and reinvent the wheel? I don't know, but I am going to put some serious thought into it. A $100,000 burger will take every thing I've got. The journey officially begins!!! I am excited and stressed! I do so love my career! I am going to need to summon my grandmother Mariah for this one :)
